Four years after opening in Grosse Pointe Village, SHE, a retailer of contemporary designer clothing, today opened a new and expanded location in The Village.
“Our expansion allows for the perfect time to introduce our new Fall collections,” says Sharon Eisenshtadt, owner of SHE. In its new location, SHE will offer many familiar and exclusive European and U.S.-based designers and features denim, dresses, blazers, outerwear, jewelry, and accessories.
SHE’s designers include 360 Cashmere, Campomaggi, Chaser, Current Elliot, Jocelyn, Jonathan Simkhai, Max & Moi, Ramy Brook, Smythe, Veronica Beard, Yigal Azrouel, Zimmermann, and others. The store also offers fine and artisan jewelry, accessories, and handbags.
Eisenshtadt and her husband Howard opened their first store in Bloomfield Hills in 2008, naming it SHE, an acronym for her initials. After years in the retail clothing industry, Eisenshtadt says she enjoys dressing and getting to know her clients and personally selecting merchandise from showrooms in New York and Los Angeles.
SHE will celebrate its new location, 17121 Kercheval, next to Calico Corner, with a Fall + Philanthropy event from Sept. 28-30. A percentage of proceeds from sales during these days will benefit Colors of Hope, a non-profit organization that donates fund to the Van Elslander Cancer Center Needy Patient Fund.
