Seasons 52, a grill and wine bar offering a seasonal menu, expects to open next week at the corner of Big Beaver and Crooks (1000 W. Big Beaver) in Troy. The restaurant is part of Darden Concepts Inc. in Orlando, which also owns The Capital Grille, Eddie V’s, Bahama Breeze, and Olive Garden.

“We’re excited to introduce the Troy community to our seasonal approach to food and award-winning wine list,” says Allen Champlin, managing partner of Season 52. “From our welcoming atmosphere to our vibrant dishes, we hope you’ll leave our restaurant feeling better than you did when you arrived.”

A native of Michigan and a Marine Corps veteran, Champlin brings more than 15 years of experiences in the restaurant industry to Seasons 52, which is adding 100 new jobs to the area.

The restaurant offers more than 100 wines, with 52 available by the glass. Signature menu items include caramelized grilled sea scallops with leek and butternut squash risotto, Caulilini, and lemon butter; cedar plank roasted salmon with crushed potatoes, Caulilini, dill-mustard sauce, and grilled lemon; and flatbreads.
