Ruth’s Chris Steak House Coming to Soaring Eagle Resort and Casino

Ruth’s Chris Steak House, which operates three restaurants in Michigan, is bringing its American steak house to the Soaring Eagle Resort and Casino in Mount Pleasant. The restaurant will become the signature steakhouse for the resort.

The restaurant enterprise, which is part of Ruth’s Hospitality Group Inc. in Winter Park, Fla., has locations in Troy, Ann Arbor, and Grand Rapids. An opening date for the Soaring Eagle location will be announced soon.

Ruth’s Chris specializes in custom-aged USDA Prime steaks served on 500-degree sizzling hot plates. Made-from-scratch sides are prepared from Ruth’s original recipes. In addition to steaks, the restaurant offers a variety of seafood options, soups, salads, and desserts.

Ruth’s Hospitality Group operates more than 140 Ruth’s Chris Steak House locations worldwide.

Soaring Eagle Resort and Casino is owned and operated by the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe. The resort offers 516 newly renovated guest rooms, a full-service spa and salon, a large indoor pool adorned with a half million Italian glass tiles, along with an all-season outdoor Jacuzzi.

The resort offers 70,000 square feet of convention and meeting space. The casino floor has more than 3,000 slot machines, 70-plus table games, a newly designed poker room, and a high stakes gaming and VIP lounge.
