REMAX of Southeastern Michigan has announced the opening of REMAX Noire, a new independently owned and operated brokerage in Macomb Township led by Jessica Belanger, an award-winning REMAX agent who has transitioned to Broker/Owner.
Located at 45200 Card Rd., Suite 101 (just north of M-59), REMAX Noire offers buyers and sellers a dedicated, local resource backed by the global reach of the REMAX brand.
Belanger brings nearly two decades of real estate experience to her new role as Broker/Owner. She began her career in 2007 as an office manager with a boutique brokerage before earning her real estate license in 2012.
In 2015, she joined REMAX, where she transitioned into full-time sales and steadily increased her production year over year, including a 116 percent increase in sales volume in a single year.
She is the recipient of several industry honors, including REMAX’s Chairman’s Club and Hall of Fame awards, as well as Hour Detroit’s Real Estate All Stars recognition. Belanger is currently pursuing REMAX’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
