Farmington Hills-based Realcomp II Ltd., a multiple listing service, has launched an app that provides real estate agents, homebuyers, and sellers with real time market listings, saved searches, and property contacts.
“This new offering allows us to offer subscribers up-to-the-minute listing information through innovative technologies aimed at improving productivity and overall customer service,” says Karen Kage, CEO of the listing service.
The app, compatible with Apple and Droid smartphones, offers real estate agents and their clients real time data with features such as a “Near Me” search and maps. The app also allows agents to collaborate with a chat and comment function.
In turn, agents and their clients can make a list of their favorite properties and add notes about the homes, which all users can share with each other.
The app is available to agents and their clients who are members of the boards of realtors in Dearborn, Detroit, the Eastern Thumb area, Grosse Pointe, Lapeer, Livingston County, North Oakland County, among other areas in the region.
