Detroit-based mortgage lender Quicken Loans today introduced the Rock Health Collective, a concierge health and well-being center, to address the health and well-being of the 17,000 employees of Quicken Loans and the associated entities that make up the “Rock Family of Companies” working in downtown Detroit.
The 17,000-square-foot facility, operated by Premise Health, sits atop the First National Building and, according to Quicken Loans, is the first and only employer-sponsored on-site health center and pharmacy of its kind in Detroit. It will begin providing services tomorrow.
“Giving our team members the best health and well-being benefits has always been our priority,” says Mike Malloy, chief people officer of Quicken Loans. “Our mission is to invest in our team members and their entire life – including physical health, well-being, financial stability, and career development. With the Rock Health Collective, care and world-class service are coming to our team members right here in downtown Detroit.”
Rock Health Collective will offer convenient access to a wide spectrum of health care needs including:
- Primary care
- Urgent care
- Full-service pharmacy
- Behavioral health
- Physical therapy
- Wellness coaching
- Care navigation
“With the Rock Health Collective, it was imperative that we identify and work with a partner at the top of their field — and Premise Health is known for delivering exceptional service and experiences,” says Malloy.
On average, Premise Health performs above the 90th percentile on national quality measures and sees an average net promoter score above 90. Quicken Loans team members will have access to these premium quality services at significantly lower costs than they would pay in normal provider settings.
“Quicken Loans and Premise Health share the same passion for healthy workplaces, and we are excited to partner with Quicken Loans on the creation of the Rock Health Collective,” says Jami Doucette, president of Premise Health. “Quicken Loans’ award-winning culture is a reflection of the value it places in its team members, and we look forward to working together to innovate how team members access and experience health care.”
The layout of the Rock Health Collective was designed and implemented by Detroit’s Pophouse design studio. Consultation for the facility was provided by Quicken Loans’ Pulse and Focus teams, which provide human resources and facilities services, respectively.
In addition to the Rock Health Collective, the company provides fertility benefits, adoption and foster assistance, paid maternity and paternity leave, a nationwide childcare subsidy, on-site meditation and wellness rooms, and more.
