Florida’s PuroClean, which was acquired by Troy’s Signal Restoration Services CEOs in September 2015, has announced that Mark W. Davis, CEO and chairman of PuroClean and co-CEO at Signal, as well as Frank Torre, vice chairman of PuroClean and co-CEO at Signal are now 100 percent owners of the franchise system.
The pair have served as majority owners of PuroClean for the past four years and have helped the company in its growth. Today, they acquired the remaining 20 percent of the company.

Shortly after acquiring PuroClean, Davis and Torre launched a brand overhaul with the goal of improving company culture, creating new programs, and expanding the franchise’s footprint. PuroClean has since doubled system-wide sales and signed more than 100 new franchise agreements, expanding into new communities in the U.S. and Canada.
