Florida’s PuroClean, which was acquired by Troy’s Signal Restoration Services CEOs in September 2015, has announced that Mark W. Davis, CEO and chairman of PuroClean and co-CEO at Signal, as well as Frank Torre, vice chairman of PuroClean and co-CEO at Signal are now 100 percent owners of the franchise system.
The pair have served as majority owners of PuroClean for the past four years and have helped the company in its growth. Today, they acquired the remaining 20 percent of the company.
“When Frank and I joined the PuroClean family, we saw the potential for incredible growth – growth we are experiencing firsthand today,” says Davis. “We knew that the synergies between our sister company, Signal Restoration Services, and the PuroClean franchise model would create a powerful, impactful partnership.”
Shortly after acquiring PuroClean, Davis and Torre launched a brand overhaul with the goal of improving company culture, creating new programs, and expanding the franchise’s footprint. PuroClean has since doubled system-wide sales and signed more than 100 new franchise agreements, expanding into new communities in the U.S. and Canada.
“As I look back on what we’ve accomplished under Mark and Frank’s ownership, one thing that is crystal clear to me is that with the vision, leadership, and resources they provided, PuroClean has reemerged as a well-respected franchise brand and earned unparalleled satisfaction and loyalty from our franchise owners and our clients,” says Steve White, president and COO of PuroClean. “Together as one team, I know that we can achieve great things and that we are well on our way to reaching 500 locations in the United States and Canada.”
PuroClean completes thousands of jobs throughout the U.S. and Canada each year. It offers water damage remediation, flood water removal, fire and smoke damage remediation, mold removal, and biohazard cleanup to commercial and residential customers.
