A 100,000-square-foot interactive exhibit with pro football memorabilia will be on display at the Cobo Center in downtown Detroit on Oct. 24-25.

"The Pro Football Hall of Fame Tour 'Honor the Heroes' brings the excitement of professional football to fans across the country, in the presence of great Hall of Famers like James Lofton and Lem Barney," says Heather Geittmann, spokeswoman for the tour.

Geittmann says the exhibit will feature gold jackets from Lofton, a former wide receiver for the Green Bay Packers; Andre Reed, a former wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills; Joe DeLamielleure, a Detroit-native who was an offensive lineman for the Buffalo Bills; and Barney, a former cornerback for the Detroit Lions.

She says the Pro Football Hall of Fame Tour will also have multimedia displays and activities for children. An "Impact Zone" will have National Football League-inspired drills such as tire runs and cone drills, an obstacle course, and high-definition simulators with kicking and passing competitions.

Tickets to the event cost $25 and are on sale now.
