Bloomfield Hills-based homebuilder Pinnacle Homes today announced the grand opening of three Aspire Collection communities, a line of homes specifically designed for active empty nesters. The Bloomfield Hills, Lyon Township, and West Bloomfield Township communities feature ranch-style homes ranging from 1,600- 3,520 square feet.

One of the communities, Legacy of Lyon, is located just north of 10 Mile between Currie Road and Chubb Road. The community features 44 luxury ranch home sites ranging from 1,600 square feet to 2,040 square feet in size, with pricing beginning at $400,000.
Legacy Hills, a community located east of Squirrel Road between Long Lake and Wattles roads in Bloomfield Hills, is home to 17 ranch and cape cod style homes. The properties range from 2,420 to 3,520 square feet in size, and pricing begins in the $900,000s.
Similarly, Legacy Woods, south of Maple Road between Haggerty and Halstead roads in West Bloomfield Township, includes 39 luxury ranch homes, ranging from 1,660 to 2,040 square feet in size, with pricing starting in the mid $400,000s.
