Stephanie and Rami Ubaydi, owners of Perspire Sauna Studio in Rochester Hills, are expanding with plans to add new locations in the Troy/Birmingham area by spring 2025 and Novi/Northville in 2026. More details will be released in the near future.
Since its opening in March 2023, the Rochester Hills location, at 1198 Walton Blvd., has served the local area by providing a wellness experience where red-light therapy and infrared technology combine to detox the body, burn calories, improve sleep, ease pain, and more.
“It’s extremely fulfilling to look back and reflect on all the relationships we’ve built since we first brought the Perspire Sauna Studio concept to Michigan and opened our Rochester Hills location more than a year ago,” says Stephanie Ubaydi.
“In the past year alone, we’ve had over 2,000 unique guests who have completed more than 20,000 sauna sessions right here in our studio. Through our efforts to make the Perspire wellness experience as available as possible, we never would have thought we’d go on to impact so many lives for the better.”
Beginning Sunday, March 10 through Sunday, March 17, Perspire Sauna Studio, the brand’s only location open and operating in Michigan, invites the local Rochester Hills community to experience the following one-year anniversary events and festivities:
- Social media contests including raffles and prizes from local community businesses
● Perspire in Rochester T Shirt Giveaway (available to all guests who attend the week-long event)
● Exclusive Buff City Soap Rochester Hills Partnership Giveaways (new product line of wax “melts”)
Throughout its first year of operation, Perspire Sauna Studio in Rochester Hills secured the following partnerships with:

“Through our time with Perspire Sauna Studio, we are proud to have turned first time guests at our location into life-long lovers of our services and the Perspire brand,” Stephanie adds. “Among the many lessons we’ve learned over the past year, one thing that became glaringly apparent to us, based on the support we’ve received from the community, was that there was a real need for a Perspire Sauna Studio location in Rochester Hills.”
The Rochester Hills studio is open Monday-Thursday from 7 a.m.-9 p.m., Friday, from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
