Pentastar Aviation, which provides global private aviation services, has been named the No. 1 FBO in the Americas by Aviation International News for an unprecedented fifth year in a row, making history as the only facility to ever achieve this level of consecutive recognition in the prestigious industry survey.
“This achievement is a testament to the commitment of our team, whose passion for excellence drives us to exceed expectations year after year,” says Brad Bruce, president and CEO of Pentastar Aviation, located adjacent to Oakland County International Airport in Waterford Township.
“To be recognized for a record-breaking fifth consecutive time is not only an honor but also a reflection of the trust our customers place in us to deliver an exceptional experience every time they fly. We take immense pride in setting the standard for FBO services.”
Aviation International News readers were asked to evaluate hundreds of aircraft handling facilities on a 1 to 5 scale in five categories — line service, passenger amenities, pilot amenities, facilities, and CSRs (Corporate Social Responsibility) — awarding Pentastar an overall score of 4.83, an improvement of 0.02 points from 2024.
Pentastar also is the only facility to be ranked among the top 10 locations in all five categories for the third straight year. The AIN FBO Survey 2025 results are viewable here.
