One Source Provider, a direct marketing agency, announced yesterday that the company’s headquarters are moving from Livonia to Dearborn as it expands into the health care, sports, and entertainment sectors.

An exact location for the new 35,000-square-foot headquarters in downtown Dearborn has not been disclosed. OSP has represented Fortune 100 companies including AT&T, Direct Energy, Sprint, and Xfinity.

“My vision from the beginning was to continuously evolve our business and create opportunities for all of our affiliates across the globe,” says Dean Elali, CEO and founder. “I’m proud to house our company in my hometown of Dearborn, Mich. and devoted to remaining community strong.”

The move comes as OSP works to bolster its focus on “outside of the box business development.” OSP formed Vibra Health Laboratories, a full-service health care laboratory in 2018, which has housed a COVID-19 testing facility since the onset of the pandemic. The facility has administered more than 60,000 COVID-19 tests monthly for clinics and hospitals across the U.S.

OSP also founded OSP Sports and Entertainment in 2020 to match its focus on sports such as boxing. The firm currently represents industry giants including Floyd Mayweather Sr., Jeff Mayweather, and Viddal Riley.

The company’s next project in the entertainment space is OSP TV, a podcast with business, educational, and entertainment content and celebrity guest appearances. It is expected to launch sometime next month. The podcast will be broadcasted from the Dearborn facility to more than 175 countries and will be available on streaming platforms including YouTube, Facebook and Spotify.
