Livonia-based Olga’s Kitchen is opening a new restaurant in the MGM Grand Detroit’s Breeze Dining Court in June featuring elements of the brand’s new design that emphasizes its connection with the Motor City and serving guests ages 21 and older.

“Olga’s Kitchen is Detroit born and ‘bread,’ and we are proud to be back in the city to offer guests of this regional attraction our signature menu items that won the hearts of locals more than 45 years ago,” says Mark Schostak, executive chairman of TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants, which owns and operates Olga’s Kitchen.

The menu at the new restaurant will feature a limited selection of Olga’s Kitchen’s signature and fan-favorite Olgas, salads, and side dishes, including the original Olga, the Olga salad, and Olga’s snackers. The menu also will feature: the fried chicken Olga, three-cheese Olga, Olga’s seasoned curly fries, Olga’s spinach and cheese pie, Olga’s peasant soup, Mediterranean spinach salad, and the small Olga salad.

“MGM Grand Detroit is pleased to welcome Olga’s Kitchen to our list of food and beverage offerings,” says Mike Neubecker, president and COO of MGM Grand Detroit. “Olga’s Kitchen is a staple concept here in Michigan where many have fond memories, and we are excited to carry on that tradition of a memorable dining experience to our thousands of guests we serve each day.”
