The Ram Truck brand has announced two new Ram 1500 models with sport trim — in orange and black.
“With a standard HEMI V-8 (engine), the Sport model offers unique features for the customer who likes aggressive styling and great performance but still needs a truck,” says Bob Hegbloom, president and CEO of the Ram Truck Brand.
Both trucks feature a 395 horsepower engine, an 8-speed transmission, a vented sports hood, and 20-inch wheels.
The Ignition Orange Sport includes orange stitching throughout the interior, as well as orange accents on the headrest and mesh seating. The Black Sport has a leather interior with light black chrome accents.
Pricing for the Ram 1500 Ignition Orange package and the Ram 1500 Black Sport package is around $1,500 each. The Ram 1500 truck starts at about $40,000.
Orders open this week for the vehicle, with production starting in April.
