New Program for Ford and Lincoln Dealers Will Help Maximize Sales and Leads

Vin Solutions from Cox Automotive has become a data integration partner with the FordDirect CRM Choice program.

Atlanta-based Cox Automotive is one of the world’s largest automotive services and technology providers. It tailors solutions for car shoppers, auto manufacturers, dealers, lenders, and fleets.

FordDirect, headquartered in Dearborn, provides digital marketing and advertising solutions exclusively to Ford and Lincoln dealers.

Under the new program, Ford and Lincoln brand dealers will be able to directly access FordDirect data within VinSolutions CRM to help maximize sales and optimize leads. The integrations will include elements such as inventory, incentives, and private offers.

Cox Automotive showcased VinSolutions CRM at the recent 2024 NADA Show in Las Vegas.
