After a successful launch in Arizona in January, Detroit-native Jason Mitchell today announced his cloud-based CRM platform, Shabang, is now available to Detroit real estate agents.
The marketing and CRM system is designed to increase sales, organize marketing and sales campaigns, and help real estate agents stand out in the industry. It’s the only CRM designed to walk clients through the entire real estate transaction, from lead entry, showings, and listings to the escrow process and closing. Shabang is offered as a cloud subscription for $247 per month, with lower rates available for team platforms.
Additionally, because much of the real estate industry is dependent on referrals, Shabang has a “nurture campaign,” including pre-written emails and texts designed to help agents garner repeat business and referrals.
“I tried many CRM platforms, but none of them managed my relationships and marketing activities comprehensively,” says Mitchell, founder and president of the Jason Mitchell Group by My Home Group. “I created Shabang to fill in the missing pieces so that my team and I could be more productive agents.”
According to MLS statistics, Mitchell is currently ranked the top producing real estate agent in Arizona, which he attributes to the success of his product. He and his team say they spent hundreds of hours building the Shabang platform, which brought his firm a 600-percent increase in referrals after its implementation. After experiencing success, Mitchell decided to share it with other agents through Shabang.
