When the 2025 Chevrolet Silverado EV arrives in dealer showrooms later this year, it will offer up to 492 miles of range, three trim packages, and a starting MSRP of $57,095.

One variant of the Silverado EV’s Work Truck (WT) package offers a Max Range option, which delivers 492 miles of range. One of the battery options for the RST package provides 460 miles on a charge.

“Truck customers tell us range is one of the main barriers to considering an EV,” says Scott Bell, vice president of Chevrolet. “The 2024 Silverado EV already was the range leader, and for this new model year we’ve set the bar even higher.”

The other trim package is the LT, which offer two variants, Standard and Premium.

Standard content includes 300 kW DC public fast charging, 18-inch aluminum wheels, with accessory 22-inch wheels available later in the model year, unique lower front fascia, a MultiFlex tailgate, and uplevel exterior lighting, including illuminated front gold bowtie. It is available in six exterior colors, including the trim-exclusive Blue Smoke Metallic

On the interior, the LT is equipped with the standard 17.7-inch-diagonal center infotainment screen paired with 11 inch-diagonal driver informational center.

It generates up to 765 lb.-ft. torque and 645 horsepower in Wide Open Watts mode and provides 12,500 pounds of towing capacity and 1,800-pound payload.

The Silverado EV LT will go 408 miles on a full charge.

A Premium Package will be available later in the model year and adds the following features:

  • Available MultiFlex MidGate, which offers up to 10 feet and 10 inches of load floor when paired with the standard MultiFlex tailgate.
  • Available Super Cruise, the only hands-free advanced driver assistance system to offer hands-free trailering, will be active on about 750,000 miles of roads in the U.S. and Canada by the end of 2025.
  • 22-inch machined-face aluminum wheels.
  • 390 miles of range on a full charge.

“A second barrier to entry is price, so we are fortifying the Silverado EV lineup by providing more choice,” Bell says. “For 2025, we’re introducing an LT trim, offering a more affordable RST package, and expanding WT offerings.”

Chevrolet expects to ship 2025 Silverado EV WT, LT, and RST to customers before the end of the year. Later in the model year, a Work Truck with the standard range battery pack will join the lineup for fleet and retail customers and will be available with a starting MSRP of $57,095. The EPA-estimated range will be available closer to that truck’s launch.

The Silverado EV is assembled with domestically and globally sourced parts at Factory ZERO Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Center in Michigan — the launching pad for GM’s multi-brand all-EV strategy.
