
Moceri Cos. in Auburn Hills, one of Michigan’s top homebuilders which has provided housing for more than 65,000 families since the 1950s, has announced the sale of the Blossom Ridge campus, a senior living community in Oakland Township.
The new owners are Welltower Inc. and operator StoryPoint Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The range of home styles at Blossom Ridge includes independent living, cottages, assisted living, and memory care.
As an experience company, the new owners “are dedicated to cultivating meaningful connections with every resident, family member, and employee,” says Dominic J. Moceri, principal at Moceri Cos. “We take great pride in theachievements of the Blossom Collection, viewing ourselves as four-generation stewards of the community’s well-being.”
For more than 40 years, StoryPoint Group communities have been active in the housing market. “Their unwaveringdedication to excellence and commitment to the highest standards is why we entrust them with this responsibility,” says Mario Moceri, principal at Moceri Cos.
StoryPoint Group’s headquarters are located in Brighton, and their communities span across nine states, each offering a variety of living options and amenities.
Under terms of the sale, Moceri Cos. is preparing to transition the Blossom Ridge campus to StoryPoint Group on July 15, 2024.
In addition to housing, the Blossom Collection offers access to a range of health and wellness services. Other amenities include fine dining a health spa, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, and miles of walking trails.
