Missouri’s EyeCare Partners Completes Acquisition of Associated Retinal Consultants in Royal Oak

EyeCare Partners, a St. Louis-based network of medical optometry and ophthalmology practices, has acquired Royal Oak ophthalmology provider Associated Retinal Consultants, one of the largest retina subspecialty practices in the nation. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

EyeCare Partners, a St. Louis-based network of medical optometry and ophthalmology practices, has acquired Royal Oak ophthalmology provider Associated Retinal Consultants, one of the largest retina subspecialty practices in the nation. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ARC employs 21 physicians in 16 company owned or leased locations throughout Michigan. Founded in 1971, ARC provides treatment for eye diseases such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, ocular disease, tumors, and other serious conditions.
