Michael Kors, Ted Baker, Morphe, and Shake Shack will be opening stores this spring at the Somerset Collection in Troy.

The additions of Michael Kors luxury collection, Ted Baker and Morphe are brands Somerset is bringing to Michigan for the first time.

“Somerset Collection’s ability to attract and introduce new retail to Michigan is signature to the history and brand of our company,” says Nathan Forbes, managing partner of The Forbes Co. “We are thrilled that global brands continue to choose Somerset Collection as their first location in our state.”

The new Michael Kors will cover 2,700 square feet in Somerset south on level one near Neiman Marcus. Michael Kors, which opened its first Michigan store at Somerset nearly 12 years ago, is relocating and expanding its presence to Somerset South. It will introduce its luxury collection brand to the state for the first time when the new store opens.

Ted Baker, one of the UK’s leading fashion brands for men and women, will occupy 3,254 square feet on Somerset Collection north’s level two near Nordstrom. This is Ted Baker’s first store in Michigan, adding to the brand’s 34 other boutiques nationwide.

Cosmetic brand Morphe’s first store in Michigan will be 4,352 square feet, on Somerset north’s level two near Macy’s. The brand launched in 2008 in Los Angeles and promises high-quality products at accessible prices, specializing in brushes, brush sets, and eye shadow palettes.

The newest Shake Shack, covering 1,662 square feet, will be found in the Peacock Cafés on the third level of Somerset north. Shake Shack is a modern-day version of a roadside burger stand serving burgers, chicken, hot dogs, and shakes.
