Mans Lumber and Millwork, a lumber, millwork, decking, kitchen, and bath company that was founded in 1900 in Trenton, has announced a new showroom in Ann Arbor at 2275 South Industrial Highway.

The 3,500-square-foot showroom will feature home improvement products including windows, doors, decking, interior trim, exterior doors, kitchen, and bath.

“We are focused on continually improving the construction and home improvement experience,” says Doug Mans, president. “We have been honored to care for the needs of the Ann Arbor community for decades through our Canton facility, and this new location will provide our Washtenaw County customers with an improved range of services, products, and support.”

The new location includes more than a dozen former Fingerle Lumber Co. sales team members and installers who joined the Mans Lumber and Millwork team. According to its website, Fingerle closed on March 30 and operated out of a different location in Ann Arbor.

“Our installed sales team and professional installers are truly grateful to be part of the Mans Lumber and Millwork family,” says Tim O’Beirne, installed sales representative at Mans Lumber and Millwork. “Their premium installed products, like Andersen and Jeld-wen windows and doors, and the support team they have in place, means we’ll meet or exceed the needs of our Ann Arbor customers.”

A grand opening event will take place from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, June 1 and will include food, giveaways, and local radio personalities.

Other Mans and Millwork locations are in Canton and Trenton, and both include showrooms for home, kitchen, and bath.
