Lansing’s Air Lift Co. Unveils Improved Wireless Onboard Air Compressor System for Trucks

Air Lift Co. in Lansing today announced the redesign of its popular WirelessONE single-path, on-board air compressor system, which allows users to level out their vehicles on the go by wirelessly controlling all brands and types of air springs.

Air Lift load support products are sold worldwide and engineered to fit more than 540 vehicles. Its product line offers air helper springs for trucks, RVs, SUVs, CUVs, and vans, as well as the most technologically advance on-bard air compressor systems for on-the-go air spring control. The Air Lift Performance division customizes full air suspension replacement and compressor systems for lowered performance vehicles.

The redesign was based on increased functionality and includes a new companion app, available for free on iOS and Android devices, allowing users to inflate or deflate their air springs from a Bluetooth-enabled smartphone. The included, hand-held controller also features updated internal hardware and an LDC display for clearer communication. Both the app and the controller are programmable with up to three user-defined presets, making pressure changes easily from inside or outside the vehicle.

The compact manifold was completely redesigned to include Bluetooth-connectivity and offer integrated diagnostics, including leak detection and wiring assistance. Manifold is weather-resistant, corrosion-proof, and has one of the smallest footprints in the industry. Necessary software improvements are now available using Air Lift’s firmware-over-the-air technology through the mobile app.

The included, standard-duty 100 PSI compressor provides .92 CFM at 15 percent duty and connects to the pre-assembled wiring harness. Wiring the system requires connection to the battery.

WirelessONE is also available with the new EZ Mount system, which packages the manifold and an upgraded heavy-duty compressor into one pre-assembled mounting bracket.

The system is backed by the company’s two-year limited warranty and 60-day money-back guarantee.
