Kerry Brothers Truck Repair in Brownstown Township, a family-owned company offering comprehensive fleet maintenance and repair services, has announced the acquisition of Downriver Bus & Truck Repair.
Together, the two companies bring nearly a century of combined experience in serving commercial fleets, municipalities, delivery companies, and independent operators.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
For more than 40 years, Downriver Bus & Truck Repair, also located in Brownstown Township, has provided heavy-duty vehicle service across southeast Michigan, including technical expertise and fleet maintenance.
