J&P Cycles, a leader in aftermarket motorcycle parts and accessories based in Coppell, Texas, today announced it is opening a new store in Taylor. The company will host a grand opening event over Labor Day weekend for motorcycle, powersport, and adventure enthusiasts.
The store, located at 14440 Pardee Rd. near the intersection of Telegraph and Eureka roads, will include a full lineup of motorcycle gear, including helmets, apparel for men and women, parts, and more.
“Michigan is home to some amazing off-roading trails and beautiful state forests, making it an ideal location for this new store. We’re thrilled to be able to provide this vibrant motorist community with all the gear, apparel and parts that J&P Cycles offers,” says Sam Woods, CRO at Comoto Holdings, parent company of the business.
J&P Cycles is a family business founded in 1979. During the weekend, a variety of raffles will take place, with prizes including a Sena Bluetooth System ST1, men’s and women’s apparel, sets of tires from Dunlop, Metzler/Pirelli, and Michelin, and more.
Other events at the grand-opening include access to a pinstriper for those looking to add as custom design to their helmet. A screen printer will be onsite to create custom art and posters, and a variety of food trucks will be available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Sept. 4 through 6.
The classic rock band Vintage Reissue will provide live entertainment on Saturday, Sept. 4 and Sunday, Sept. 5 from noon to 4 p.m.
