The Warren-based Joe Vicari Restaurant Group, the 22nd largest restaurant group in the United States, is opening Andiamo Pasta & Chops at The Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township this summer.
The restaurant will be based on Joe Vicari’s Andiamo Italian Steakhouse in Las Vegas, which offers Andiamo favorites alongside meats from the nation’s top butchers in a casual setting.
Andiamo Pasta & Chops is meant to appeal to a wide range of metro Detroiters looking for handcrafted pastas, fine Italian food, prime steak, and an award-winning wine list. Andiamo Pasta & Chops is set to open in summer of 2024, and is located at 17430 Hall Road.
The 7,670-square-foot space, previously occupied by Brio Italian Grille, will undergo large-scale renovations. The space will be completely redesigned and reconfigured around a central bar that will become the centerpiece of the new restaurant.
The bar will be surrounded by a lounge area and two new dining rooms. The design will feature a contemporary look with a host of amenities including indoor and outdoor dining options and a separate banquet area with seating for up to 80 people for private dining and events.
Andiamo Pasta & Chops will feature a menu of foods Andiamo guests have enjoyed since the restaurant first opened in 1989. The classics will be combined with premium American steaks, free-range chicken from the nation’s top butchers, a selection of fresh, sustainable seafood, and a large selection of premium steakhouse accompaniments.
