Benton Harbor-based Jenn-Air will offer a new addition to its built-in refrigerator collection next month, a refrigerator with a charcoal-colored interior that has interior LED theater lighting.
"These are our most luxurious line of side-by-side offerings we've ever introduced," says Brian Maynard, marketing director of Jenn-Air.
Maynard says new options include 48-inch and 42-inch side-by-side models. He says the refrigerators have a nearly seamless appearance, with hinges and trim pieces that blend into the cabinetry. An articulating hinge rotates at multiple pivot points to minimize gaps.
Maynard says the refrigerators' interiors have multi-point LED lighting that evenly distribute light while minimizing shadows throughout the refrigerator, crisper, and freezer. It also has auto-close drawers, an advanced climate control drawer, a produce preserver drawer, and a precision temperature management system.
He says the models are also available in stainless steel, along with refrigerators featuring a cubed/crushed ice and water dispenser integrated into the exterior. The refrigerator is expected to retail for about $8,500.
