Calvin Klein, Nike, Brooks Brothers, and nearly 80 other major retailers are coming this summer to the new $80 million Tanger Factory Outlet Centers in Grand Rapids.
“We are very excited to bring our third Tanger Outlets center to Michigan and provide residents and visitors to the Grand Rapids area with a first-class shopping destination,” says Steven Tanger, president and CEO.
The Greensboro, N.C.-based Tanger Outlets also operates outlet malls in Howell and West Branch.
The new outlet center, located about 10 miles south of downtown Grand Rapids, offers 350,000 square feet of retail space and will include:
