Indiana’s Linc Systems of Bloomfield Hills’ Center Rock Capital Partners Acquires R.V. Evans Co. in Illinois

Center Rock Capital Partners, which has offices in Bloomfield Hills and Chicago, has announced its industrial fastener and packaging distribution platform, Linc Systems in Indiana, has acquired R.V. Evans Co., an Illinois-based distributor of fastening and packaging products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Center Rock Capital Partners, which has offices in Bloomfield Hills and Chicago, has announced its industrial fastener and packaging distribution platform, Linc Systems in Indiana, has acquired R.V. Evans Co., an Illinois-based distributor of fastening and packaging products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

R.V. Evans has been owned and operated by the Evans family for more than 80 years and is currently led by Kelly Evans and T.C. Evans.

R.V. Evans provides fastening and packaging products, equipment, and servicing solutions to customers in industries including construction, housing, food and beverage, consumer products, automotive, agriculture, and other industrial end markets.

The acquisition diversifies Linc’s business across customers and end markets. The combined businesses serve customers in 30 states. Kelly Evans and T.C. Evans will continue to lead R.V. Evans in their current roles.
