Shapiro Development in Farmington Hills and MJC Cos. in Macomb has opened Huntley Manor apartment homes in Novi, the companies’ newest luxury apartment community.
“We want people to experience the true essence of luxury living during the height of the summer season,” says Mark Kassab, senior vice president at M. Shapiro Development. “We have taken a completely fresh approach to the design and development process in an effort to bring something unique to the luxury rental market.”
The community has an attended gatehouse entry, and the entrance boulevard is along Grand River Avenue, west of Meadowbrook Road.
