Home Clean Heroes, a Virginia-based household cleaning franchise, has opened its first Michigan location in Commerce Township — Home Clean Heroes of Oakland County.
Known for its mission to support first responders, Home Clean Heroes says it offers “a new standard of professional, safe, reliable service that raises the bar of the industry as a whole.”
The company says it’s committed to providing “refreshingly” simple scheduling with a dedicated team of “grime-fighters” who will make lives easier — and cleaner — for local families.
The local franchisee is owned and operated by Cheryl Arafat, a mom of four and the daughter of first-generation immigrants who simultaneously owns and operates her liquor store business with her husband.
Arafat says she has accumulated years of experience in putting out business fires, taking “meticulous” care of customers, and creating an efficient and trusted business in her community. She brings her love for her community and the business experience she has accumulated over the years to Home Clean Heroes of Oakland County.
“I’m passionate about owning a residential cleaning business,” Arafat says. “I finds cleaning therapeutic and enjoy providing families with a much-needed service.”
Since her start, pioneering Home Clean Heroes in Michigan, Arafat says she has accumulated a five-star rating.
Home Clean Heroes donates a portion of every cleaning to first responders as part of its Heroes First initiative. Customers also have a chance to round up or add a nominal donation to the cause during each cleaning.
