High Level Marketing in Northville Township and Bell Media in Birmingham, Ala., both website and digital marketing agencies, have announced a merger that will widen each brand’s geographical reach and further expand their standing in the digital marketing industry.
High Level Marketing, founded in 2009, brings two proprietary products to the merger — Footprint and MYCE. Footprint is a marketing campaign management tool, and MYCE (Manage Your Content Easy) is a content management system that allows business owners easy access to make changes and additions to their website.
The company will undergo a brand re-launch scheduled for spring 2021, maintaining the name High Level Marketing.
Wes Mathews, co-founder of High Level Marketing, will serve as chief revenue officer, while co-founder John Bowerman will serve as the chief technology officer. Scott Bell will continue to serve as CEO and Nathan Yates will maintain his position as COO of Bell Media.
High Level Marketing will undergo a brand re-launch scheduled for spring 2021, maintaining its name.
Bell Media, founded in 2008 and based in Birmingham, AL, is a full spectrum digital marketing agency offering a variety of services, including search engine marketing, search engine optimization, strategic content marketing, and website design and development.
