Chicago-based Boyd Group Inc., which operates Gerber Collision and Glass, has acquired eight additional collision repair centers in Michigan and another six in Indiana.

The shops previously were branded as Vision Collision, 14/69 Auto Body, Angola Collision Services, and Mcfall’s Collision and Frame Service in Lansing and the Ft. Wayne, Ind. areas. All will be rebranded as Gerber Collision and Glass.

“The acquisition of these 14 repair centers enhances our strong commitment to these areas, enabling us to continue to provide high-quality service to our customers and insurance partners,” says Kevin Burnett, COO of Gerber Collision and Glass. “Our commitment to growth remains strong and we look forward to expanding our footprint moving forward.”
