Basware, a company in Finland specializing in networked source-to-pay solutions, e-invoicing, and financing services, today announced it has signed a purchase-to-pay SaaS deal with Neogen Corp., an international, Lansing-based food safety company that provides test kits and relevant products to detect dangerous substances in food.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Since early summer 2017, we have worked closely with (the) Neogen team to help them recognize our ability to manage and process all direct and indirect spend through a single AP system. This was key in realizing their shared service goals,” says Thomas Noe, senior presales consultant at Basware.

“The new deal shows Basware’s ability to grow both functionally and globally, and it is yet another great victory for Basware in the U.S. market.”

The deal covers Basware SaaS purchase to pay and Basware Network. Fluxym, a long-term partner of Basware, will play as the system integrator of the solution.

“Our seasoned and certified Basware team will be fully focused on making this project a total success,” says Thierry Jaffry, vice president of operations at Fluxym Inc.

Neogen was founded in 1982 and serves the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, parts of Europe, Mexico, Brazil, India, and China.
