Farmington Hills-based RHP Properties Announces Acquisition of Manufactured Home Communities

RHP Properties in Farmington Hills has announced the acquisition of communities in Maine and South Carolina, bringing the company’s total number of manufactured home communities to 256 nationwide. This is the first purchase for RHP Properties in both states, bringing the company’s presence to 27 states.

RHP Properties in Farmington Hills has announced the acquisition of communities in Maine and South Carolina, bringing the company’s total number of manufactured home communities to 256 nationwide. This is the first purchase for RHP Properties in both states, bringing the company’s presence to 27 states.

The two communities are Pinetree Estates in Standish, Maine and Spring Valley in Hanahan, S.C.

Pinetree Estates includes 224 sites and is located in southern Maine within minutes of the greater Portland area. Spring Valley is 20 minutes from downtown Charleston, S.C. and includes 210 sites.
