Farbman Group, a full service real estate firm, and Healthrise, a revenue cycle management services company in the health care sector, have announced that both companies, currently located at separate locations in Southfield, are moving to Farmington Hills.

The two enterprises will relocate their respective headquarters to a 93,000-square-foot, Class-A office building at 31700 Middle Belt Road (just north of Northwestern Highway). The building, designed by famed architect Minoru Yamasaki, will serve as the new headquarters for Farbman Group and Healthrise.

Yamasaki, which had its headquarters in Troy, designed the World Trade Center in New York City, One Woodward Avenue in downtown Detroit, the McGregor Memorial Conference Center at Wayne State University in Detroit, the IBM Building in Seattle, and more.

“This Yamasaki designed building with underground parking, large floorplates, and a campus-like setting is the perfect headquarters location for our current and future needs,” says Andrew V. Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group. “We see such a unique opportunity for our growing companies to come together in the same building leading to better business synergy, efficiency, and connection.”

Farbman adds the relocation comes at the right time as Farbman Group continues to grow and expand its operations and services both locally and throughout the Midwest. Similarly, Healthrise is expanding rapidly across the country. The leadership connectivity under one roof allows for creative collaboration and strategic planning for the businesses.

The Farbman companies collectively will relocate into the new building in the spring/summer of 2024. The relocation includes sister companies Huntington Construction, FarbNET, Medical Real Estate Solutions, Huntington Maintenance Co., and Apex Mechanical Solutions.

Founded in 1976, Farbman Group is a full-service real estate firm that offers real estate transactions from property management and leasing to construction, acquisition, and disposition. The firm manages more than 30 million square feet of office, retail, multifamily, student housing, and industrial space throughout the Midwest and beyond.
