The executive suite level at Joe Louis Arena is set to undergo upgrades that will underscore its new name — the Rehmann Suite Level — as part of a three-year partnership between the Detroit Red Wings and the Saginaw-based financial services firm.
In addition to naming rights for the executive suite level, the partnership will also include on-ice advertising that gives exposure to the firm, which has 20 locations in the Midwest and Florida. The executive level, which features 62 suites, will receive a cosmetic upgrade that includes new paint, signage, artwork, and Red Wing-themed wall murals throughout the concourse and common areas.
Each of the suites features a wet bar, private restroom, arena seating, and televisions, in addition to benefits and services including full-service catering and housekeeping.
“We have long admired the passion and enthusiasm (the Red Wings) display for the city of Detroit and the state of Michigan,” says Jennifer Glenfield, spokeswoman for Rehmann. “The Red Wings are one of the most iconic teams in all of professional sports and we could not be more proud to partner with them to secure the naming rights for the suite level of Joe Louis Arena.”
