Etix in North Carolina Acquires Grand Rapids’ Star Tickets

Etix, an international ticketing solutions provider based in North Carolina, has acquired Grand Rapids’ Star Tickets and Arizona’s TicketForce. Etix has more than 2,000 clients in 40 countries.

Etix, an international ticketing solutions provider based in North Carolina, has acquired Grand Rapids’ Star Tickets and Arizona’s TicketForce. Etix has more than 2,000 clients in 40 countries.

“We continue to be strategic in pursuing growth acquisitions, and both TicketForce and Star Tickets are great fits within the Etix family,” says Travis Janovich, CEO and founder of Etix.

The acquisitions are Etix’s fourth and fifth in the last two years.

“We’ve been impressed by Etix’s clients-first approach and elected to partner with them knowing that our clients will be in good hands,” says Jack Krasula, president of Star Tickets. “Their client-services focus and manpower will be a great asset for our clients.”

Etix was founded in 2000 and is a cloud-based service processing more than 50 million tickets per year. It also offers digital marketing and has offices in the U.S., Austria, China, Germany, the Netherlands, and Japan.
