Blowout salon and blow dry bar Drybar is slated to open its first Michigan location on Friday, June 15 in Birmingham.
Drybar will offer a “menu” of blowouts, up-dos, braids, extensions, scalp massages, masks, hair hydration, and products. Drybar also offers memberships.
The salon, located at 137 W. Maple Road near Pierce Street, will include 12 custom Italian styling chairs, tufted fabric walls, marble bars with phone docking stations, and TVs that will feature cult-favorite “chick flicks.”
“The grand opening (on June 15) is a chance for guests to try our one-of-a-kind blowout experience firsthand and enjoy our exclusive grand opening membership offering,” says Alli Webb, founder of Drybar. “Customers who purchase our monthly Barfly Membership between June 15-17 will receive their first blowout free of charge. It’s our way to say thank you for welcoming us into the community.”
Drybar will be open 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Thursday; 7 a.m.-8 p.m. Fridays; 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturdays; and 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Sundays. Appointments can be booked online at thedrybar.com, through the Drybar iPhone app, or by calling (877) 379-2279.
