Detroit’s Quikly, a marketing technology company, has created Quikly Swap, a product to help consumer-facing brands motivate their customers.

Swap is designed to target key consumer segments and incentivize actions that create customer acquisition and retention. Domino’s Pizza, McDonalds, Panera Bread, Express, and other brands use Quikly products, and American Eagle Outfitters and Vera Bradley use Swap.

While unemployment is high, discretionary spending is down, and foot traffic in stores has decreased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Quikly offers fun ways to consumers to digitally engage with brands and offers them incentives they value.

Quikly products help companies with marketing goals such as mobile app downloads, loyalty program sign-up, increased Instagram followers, text and email subscriptions, profile completion, mobile and online ordering, and store openings and events.

It works to help companies acquire customers, keep customers’ attention, and have them make more purchases.

“Partnering with Quikly on these targeted campaigns has allowed us to seamlessly drive different segments of customers toward their next best action, producing a positive lift on desired behavior across all segments,” says Jamie McKinley, senior manager of CRM strategy at American Eagle Outfitters.

Other Quikly products include Drop and Hype. Each are designed to run more actionable marketing promotions that drive sales and performance indicators. The offerings use incentives and psychology to increase consumer response around specific marketing initiatives. Quikly’s team handles everything from strategy through execution.

“Not only did we see a spike in growth directly from the Quikly engagement, but it was able to help put us back on track for the year with continued growth month over month,” says Jillian Speck, brand marketing manager at Vera Bradley. “Quikly has outperformed any other growth efforts Vera Bradley has tried thus far for social media.”
