Detroit’s OneMagnify Attracts Majority Investment from New York PE Firm

OneMagnify, a Detroit-based provider of data-driven and integrated marketing, has been acquired by Crestview Partners, a private equity firm in New York. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

OneMagnify, a Detroit-based provider of data-driven and integrated marketing, has been acquired by Crestview Partners, a private equity firm in New York. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The company’s existing management team is led by CEO Mark Petroff, who will continue in that role.

In addition to marketing, OneMagnify offers analytics and technology solutions to blue-chip clients in the automotive, industrial, consumer goods, and financial services industries. It partners with clients to design, implement, and manage marketing and communications strategies leveraging analytical and predictive data models that provide value-added customer insights to develop individually targeted marketing efforts which drive higher levels of sales conversion.

OneMagnify, founded in 1967, has approximately 600 employees in six offices in the U.S., Asia, and Europe.
