Experience Zuzu, an Asian fusion restaurant in Detroit operated by the Elia Group, will add a new location in Nashville, Tenn., later in 2024.
Led by Zaid Elia, founder and CEO of the Elia Group in Birmingham, the move into Nashville reflects a commitment to creating exceptional dining experiences and fostering community connections in new markets in the U.S.
Experience Zuzu’s is aiming to make the Nashville location a strong addition to the city’s vibrant culinary and nightlife scene, says Elia.
“The rumors are true,” says Elia. “Experience Zuzu is going to be the newest concept in the Nashville market this year, and we know we’re bringing something to this dynamic city that is new and compelling. We’re bringing outstanding food and drink options and creating a vibe that competes with the thrilling immersive environments you find in Miami or Las Vegas. The Elia Group opened Experience Zuzu opened in Detroit in August 2023. It also operates Parc at Campus Martius; Anchor Bar, and 220 Merrill in Birmingham, as well as seasonal destinations operated in partnership with the Downtown Detroit Partnership, including the beach party themed BrisaBar in the summer and Cadillac Lodge in winter.
