Detroit-based Brazen Sports, a manufacturer and distributor of high-performance timepieces specifically designed for shooting enthusiasts, marksmen, military personnel, and veterans, today announced it has signed IPSC World Champion Shooter Max Michel, Jr. as its brand ambassador.
In turn, the company will be showcasing its collection of American-engineered, ammunition inspired, Swiss-Made watches at the 2017 Shooting, Hunting, and Outdoor Trade Show (SHOT Show), which is organized by the National Shooting Sports Foundation and runs Tuesday through Thursday at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas.
Brazen Sports will be attending the conference addressing development strategies for 2017 and beyond, which is organized by the National Shooting Sports Foundation and will run from January 17-20 at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas.
“At SHOT Show 2017, we will be addressing our development strategies for 2017 and beyond,” says Eduardo Rimanelli, founder and CEO of Brazen Sports. “In addition, we are very excited to sign IPSC World Champion Shooter Max Michel Jr. as our brand ambassador. Max is an ideal fit for our team as we grow Brazen Sports into an international brand.”
The company’s patented case designs, which draw heavily on the aesthetics of an ammunition chamber by capturing the contours of a cartridge, ejector rim, and spent primer, fill a gap in the mid-luxury watch industry, Rimanelli says. The timepieces are designed for action sports lifestyles, including military and law enforcement personnel, marksmen, hunters, watch enthusiasts, and more.
The collection includes the DUEL Chronograph, Military Tactical Chronograph, and the Motorsports Chronograph along with three-hand watch selections — CenterFire and Classic Sports. Retail prices range from $550 to $850, before taxes.
The Swiss Made watches include a Ronda or an ETA Quartz movement, along with a rubber strap and refined packaging (leather straps are available as an option). Backed by a two-year limited warranty, the 44mm timepieces come equipped with AR (anti-reflective) coated sapphire crystal, a screw down crown, and are water resistant to 100 meters.
“As a professional Action Shooter I appreciate what it means to work hard, strive to be the best, and dedicate everything you have to separating yourself from your peers,” says Michel. “After meeting Eddie and his team from Brazen Sports a couple years back, I knew they were locked in to producing some of the best quality watches at a great value.”
The SHOT Show is the largest, all-inclusive trade show for professionals involved with the shooting sports, hunting, and law enforcement industries. It is the world’s foremost exposition of combined firearms, ammunition, law enforcement, cutlery, outdoor apparel, optics, and related products and services.
