For the first time since 2003 — and after the COVID-19 pandemic thwarted its 2020 planned return — the city of Detroit will host a major home and garden show March 19-20 at Huntington Place (formerly Cobo Center and the TCF Center).
The Detroit Spring Home & Garden Show will cover 200,000 square feet of exhibit space inside the convention center and feature a guest appearance by HGTV star Nicole Curtis of “Rehab Addict.”
“It’s time for an event like this to come back to the city,” says Mark Nicholson, the show’s producer. “The show is the perfect opportunity for homeowners to see all of the latest trends and connect face-to-face with hundreds of local home improvement professionals — something that is sorely needed after the pandemic presented so many challenges with finding available resources and skilled trades workers. We’re looking forward to a great weekend in the city of Detroit.”
The show will be open from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. on March 19, and from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on March 20. Tickets are $10 and available here. Curtis will deliver a presentation at 2 p.m. on March 19, sharing her expertise on home renovation and rehabbing in the city of Detroit.
The Detroit Spring Home & Garden Show attendees will be able to:
