Coming off their first playoff game win in 17 years, the Detroit Pistons are offering 2025 NBA Playoff activations and new offerings for their home playoff games against the New York Knicks on Thurs., April 24, at 7 p.m., and Sun., April 27, at 1 p.m.
The events include a pregame fan fest outside at the Little Caesars Arena Plaza — Game 3 opens at 4 p.m., while Game 4 starts at 10 a.m.
The fan fests will offer an airbrush tattoo station, custom airbrush t-shirt making by artist SW Freddy, sneaker cleaning, a player card photo booth activation, and free coffee and smoothies from Cappuccino Man presented by United Dairy Industry of Michigan.
In addition, Visit Detroit’s D-Rover van and halfcourt basketball court will transform the Little Caesars Arena Plaza into a pregame party prior to doors for each home game. Select “fan favorites” food and beverage will also be available in Plaza for purchase. Tickets to the game are not required for entry to the pregame fan fests.
As doors open at 5:30 p.m. for Game 3, the first 10,000 fans will receive thundersticks and a Pix Mob light-up bracelet that will activate in tandem during pregame team introductions, halftime, and throughout the evening’s game.
All fans also will receive a t-shirt presented by Henry Ford Health at their seats. For Game 4, doors open at 11:30 a.m. and the first 10,000 fans will again receive thundersticks at doors and all fans will receive a rally towel presented by BetRivers and Visit Detroit at their seats.
Fans are encouraged to be in their seats prior to tipoff to be a part of special surprise playoff elements during introductions and throughout the in-game entertainment at both Pistons’ home games.
At Game 3, Michigan-native Kem will sing the National Anthem while guitarist Marcin will perform at halftime. Game 4 will feature LaShell Renae as the National Anthem performer and EDM DJ Kevin Saunderson as the halftime act.
The Pistons and Delaware North, the food, beverage and retail partner at Little Caesars Arena, unveiled new postseason-inspired offerings such as exclusive playoff merchandise that will be available at the team store.
The items include including the Pistons’ team roster lineup t-shirt, the Pistons caricature graphic t-shirt, and the Nike NBA Playoff Mantra Shirt. As the Pistons begin their playoff run, the Team Store at Little Caesars Arena will have adjusted hours starting Monday, April 21, through April 26, from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. with shorter hours (12 p.m.-4:30 p.m.) on April 24.
In addition, the Pistons are teaming with KiwiClo to launch a Team Store exclusive Detroit Pistons 2025 NBA Playoff snapback hat. Featuring a five-panel cotton crown paired with a suede brim and underbrim, the hat celebrates the Detroit Pistons Playoff run with a statement piece.
With each purchase of the limited-edition snapback hat, customers will receive a pass to test their skills on a Claw Machine to win prizes such as autographed items, exclusive accessories, gift cards and more. The hat will be available at the Detroit Pistons Team store for Game 3 starting at 5:30 p.m. while supplies last.
