Detroit-based VisionIT today announced the company is changing its business structure and will operate as three wholly-owned, individually-branded subsidiaries, VisionIT, VisionPRO, and Prime Workforce.
“We believe the new branding model will clearly and strongly convey our specialized IT delivery, practices and workforce solutions and more effectively symbolize the depth and breadth of our organization,” says David Segura, founder and CEO of Vision Information Technologies.
VisionIT will continue to provide IT services. VisionPRO will provide IT staffing services. Prime Workforce will offer analytics and oversight surrounding a companies’ contingent labor spend.
“This initiative will help unlock the value of each individual brand and the growth potential of our business,” Segura says.
VisionIT has offices across the United States, Mexico, the Philippines, Europe, and Asia, and has more than 1,000 employees.
