Detroit-based Marketing Associates Merges with North Carolina Analytics Firm

Marketing Associates, a Detroit-based marketing firm, has merged with Conclusive Analytics Inc., a Charlotte, N.C.-based company. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

“With this transaction, we have created a unique and powerful partnership of exceptional technology, data science, and analytics solutions,” says Mark Petroff, president and CEO of Marketing Associates.

Founded in 1967, Marketing Associates provides analytics, search engine marketing, email management, database development, and creative services. Clients include Ford Motor Co., Comcast, and Mazda, among other companies. Petroff says Marketing Associates, which has nearly 300 employees, will offer a wider range of services following its merger with Conclusive Analytics, which has 60 employees.

“We have a truly unique merger between two companies focused on delivering outstanding client service while also creating a destination workplace for our employees,” says Scott Bragg, who has been named managing director of the Charlotte office.

Conclusive Analytics, founded in 2000, analyzes client customer data to identify opportunity areas for increased sales.  â€‹
