Shelby Township-based Cranbrook Custom Homes has partnered with Restoration Hardware to furnish a new four-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath 2016 designer home in Northville Township. The 6,200-square-foot home has three levels, including a 2,125-square-foot finished lower level.

The manor, located at 19085 Chaumont Way (off Seven Mile Road), features an open concept kitchen, a dining room, and a great room with tray ceilings and repurposed wood beams. The kitchen offers a dual-door, stainless steel refrigerator, an island countertop made from handcrafted zinc, wood floors, and multiple ovens.

A lanai patio and adjoining terrace are in the back of the house and overlook gardens and hills.

The second level features an owner’s suite with a fireplace, a large bathroom with dual vanities, and a soaking tub. The lower level offers entertainment options such as a bar, a theater, a two-story hockey practice court, a cigar lounge, walk in massage quarters, a private gym, and a billiards table.

“The materials and finishes that Restoration Hardware uses to create its furnishings have been incorporated into our custom home construction for years, so this was a seamless partnership,” says Sebastian Lombardo, president of Cranbrook Custom Homes.

The home will be open from 11a.m. to 5 p.m. daily beginning Saturday, and closed Thursdays and Fridays. Admission is free.
