Telegration Inc., a Clawson-based distributor of connectivity and cloud services, has been acquired by San Francisco’s AppSmart, a provider of business-to-business technology services.
Telegration was founded in 1990 and is a master agent providing customers technology services from more than 150 of the industry’s leading providers. It offers a comprehensive range of voice, internet, long distance, mobility, cable, data, cloud, hosted PBX, and managed IT services.
“Similar to how Amazon is the everything store for consumers, AppSmart is designed to be the digital services store for businesses – from cloud to wireless to energy,” says Denis Raue, founder and CEO of Telegration, who will be vice president of corporate development at AppSmart. “We look forward to being part of the AppSmart family working to create scale in distribution and delivering outstanding agent support tools.”
Telegration becomes an AppSmart company immediately.
