Clark Hill and Morris Polich & Purdy Announce Merger

Clark Hill, a Detroit-based full-service legal and professional services firm, today announced it plans to merge with Morris, Polich, and Purdy (MPP), a firm with nearly 100 lawyers in California and Nevada.

The combined firms will operate under the name Clark Hill and the merger will take effect July 17.

With more than 450 attorneys and professionals at 16 offices in nine states and Washington, D.C., the deal will increase Clark Hill’s ability to serve clients nationwide and strengthens the firm’s depth of legal resources, especially in litigation.
