Bowlero Corp., a global leader in bowling entertainment, has entered into definitive agreements to acquire Merri-Bowl Lanes in Livonia and BAM! Entertainment Center in Holland.
The acquisitions mark the company’s 4th and 5th locations in Michigan. The two deals are expected to close in the fall of 2023. Terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
Merri-Bowl Lanes in Livonia is a traditional 35,000-square-foot center featuring 40 lanes of bowling that offers league play, youth and adult tournaments, parties, and events.
BAM! Entertainment Center in Holland features 29 lanes of bowling as well as a laser tag arena, axe throwing, a high ropes course, and a large arcade. The center also offers VIP party rooms, an extensive menu, and full-service bars.
The company also owns AMF Rose Bowl Lanes in Roseville, Revel & Roll in Ann Arbor, and AMF Eastbrook Lanes in Grand Rapids.
